Your data
The scans go in your Drive, not ours
Most scanner apps store your contacts and receipts on their servers. AssistHub writes them into your own Google Drive and keeps no copy.
We can't read your Drive
AssistHub can only open files it created itself. It has no access to anything else in your Drive — that is a technical limit, not a policy.
Your files stay if you leave
Cancel or delete your account and every sheet and photo stays in your Drive. There is nothing to export.
Never used to train AI
Your receipts and contacts are read once to extract the details, then dropped. They are never sold or used to train models.

Questions
Where is my data stored?
In your own Google Drive. AssistHub creates a folder there and files every scan and sheet into it. We keep no copy. Scan images pass through our AI provider only long enough to be read.
What if it reads something wrong?
Every extraction is shown in the app and written to a sheet you can edit, so correcting a wrong total is one tap in your own spreadsheet.
What can it scan?
Conference badges, business cards, paper receipts, and PDF receipts or invoices. For badges and cards, AssistHub also looks up the person's public links.
What happens when the signal drops?
If you are already in the app when the connection goes, keep scanning. Captures queue on your phone and upload when you are back online.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Open Manage billing in the app. Cancelling is one button. Within 30 days of a payment there is also a Refund button: press it and the money goes back to your card and the subscription ends. You do not need to contact us for either.
